Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service - ordered item in plenty of time for Christmas, was very late being despatched and hasn't arrived. The advisory email is supposed to have tracking links, but they don't work and there is no way to contact them, either by phone or email. Absolutely useless comp[any - will never use again.
